Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
A return may only be accepted if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged during transit.
- The product is defective upon delivery.
- You received an incomplete order.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping package (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Include all original accessories (if applicable).
- Be approved by our customer support before being returned.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened Agarwood Oils
- Opened Attars
- Sandalwood Products that have been used
- Sample Bottles
- Custom Orders
- Bulk Orders
- Clearance or Sale Items
- Gift Cards
Refunds
Once your request is approved and the returned item is received (if applicable), we will inspect the product.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times generally range from 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy
We will gladly replace products if:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

International Orders
For international shipments:

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Delays caused by customs authorities or courier services are beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Agarwoodoil.com is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. Resolution times may vary depending on the courier.
